Welcome to Knife.app — a classifieds service that connects buyers and sellers.
The Terms of Use of Knife.app ("Terms") govern the relationship between LLC "KEH eCommerce" ("the Company", "we") and internet users who have accessed Knife.app ("users", "you").
You may use Knife.app in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, you must stop using Knife.app.
1. What is Knife.app?
Knife.app is a website accessible at the domain avito.ru (including all domain levels) through both full and mobile versions, as well as through the mobile app. It consists of the intellectual property of the Company and information (administrative and user content) contained within its information system ("Knife.app").
Knife.app is an electronic catalog of ads for goods, services, job openings, resumes, and other offers (collectively, "goods"), which users can offer and search for on Knife.app to make deals.
The Company provides authorized users with the technical ability to post information on Knife.app in the form of ads for goods. It provides all users (whether authorized or not) the technical ability to search and view ads on Knife.app for purposes specified in the Terms. Knife.app's automated algorithms process requests to provide relevant search results.
The Company is not a participant, organizer, buyer, seller, employer, intermediary, agent, representative of any user, beneficiary, or any other interested party in deals between users. Users use the information posted on Knife.app to enter into deals at their own risk, without direct or indirect participation or control by the Company.
2. Registration on Knife.app
You can register on Knife.app using a mobile phone number from Russian operators or through your profile in a social network presented in the login form on Knife.app. After registration, we will create your unique profile. Only one profile can be linked to one phone number at a time.
You will not be able to use a phone number for new registration that was associated with a deleted or blocked profile for up to 90 days after its deletion or blocking.
If you register on Knife.app through a social network, certain features will be restricted. To access all service features, we may ask you to provide a phone number or email address.
By registering on Knife.app and each time you log in, you guarantee that you have the authority to agree to and comply with the Terms.
3. Logging in to Knife.app
You can log in to your profile on Knife.app (authorize) either with the mobile phone number/email address associated with your profile or through the social network linked to your profile ("login credentials"). In the first case, you'll need to enter a password; in the second, you'll need to authorize yourself in the corresponding social network.
You are required to keep your login credentials for Knife.app confidential. If you believe that someone has gained unauthorized access to them, notify us immediately. All actions taken on Knife.app by someone using your login credentials will be considered as performed by you. You will be responsible for such actions.
3. Logging in to Knife.app
The provisions of Sections 2, 3, and 6-8 of the Terms apply to users registered on Knife.app. All other provisions apply to all users of Knife.app, whether registered or not. Any interaction with Knife.app (including viewing information) confirms your agreement with the Terms. The Company's obligation to provide access to Knife.app's functionality is conditional on your obligation to comply with the Terms. When no payment is required for using Knife.app, consumer protection laws do not apply to the relationship between the Company and users. Certain functionalities of Knife.app may be governed by specific terms.
Knife.app's functionality may change, expand, or discontinue at any time without prior notice to users. Knife.app is provided "as is," meaning in the form and volume available when you access it. We are not responsible for temporary failures or interruptions in Knife.app's operation or any resulting loss of information. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or unintentional damage, including lost profits or data, harm to honor, dignity, or business reputation, caused by the use of Knife.app. Knife.app is intended for users in the Russian Federation, so some functionality may be limited or unavailable outside its borders.
Knife.app may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, or legality of such third-party sites.
All disputes between the Company and users will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes will be referred to the court in accordance with the territorial jurisdiction of the Company's location (Moscow), unless otherwise provided by law.
